When should staking be scheduled?

What happens if the plans conflict with conditions in the field?
We flag it to your team before staking through the conflict, so the designer can resolve it on paper instead of the crew resolving it with a saw.
When should as-built work be scheduled?
Ideally in phases, while underground work is still visible. Documenting utilities before burial is far more accurate and less expensive than locating them afterward.
