Positions are checked redundantly in the field, and every deliverable is reviewed before it leaves the office. If a number goes out under our name, we are prepared to stand behind it at plan check, at closing or in a dispute.

The schedule is part of the deliverable
A survey delivered late still costs the project money. We commit to dates when we scope the work and communicate early when site conditions threaten them.

Field crews and design teams work in different worlds. We translate between them, so the topo lands in your layers and the cut sheet reads the way a foreman expects.
How a job moves through the office.
Most jobs are completed in 1–2 weeks. Fieldwork is the visible half; the rest is research, computation, drafting and a review pass before anything is delivered.

Scope & Research
We confirm what the project actually needs, pull the record maps, deeds and benchmarks, and lock the schedule before anyone mobilizes.

Field Capture
Crews measure the site with total stations and GNSS on documented control. Everything is checked and tied to the datum your project runs on.

Compute & Draft
Field data is adjusted, analyzed and drafted into clean deliverables. This is where most of the work happens, after the crew leaves the site.

Review & Deliver
Every deliverable is reviewed before it goes out: maps, CAD files, cut sheets and certificates, in the formats your team and your agency expect.
Quality control
Field measurements are taken with redundancy so errors show themselves before they reach a drawing. Computations are checked against the record, and deliverables get an independent review before release. When something on a site does not match the record, we flag it to you rather than papering over it.
