What we collect

When you use the request form or email us, we receive what you choose to share: your name, contact details, the property address, and your description of the project. When you submit the request form, those details are sent by email to KEG and, if you gave an email address, a confirmation is sent to you. The form does not save your request in a website database.

We do not collect payment information through this site.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not currently load third-party analytics or advertising scripts and does not set tracking cookies. If analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated to describe what is collected and how to opt out.

How we use your information

Project details you send are used to respond to your request, scope the work and, if you hire us, perform the surveying services. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.

Retention and deletion

Correspondence and project records are kept as long as needed to serve the project and meet professional record-keeping obligations. To ask what we hold about you or request deletion of correspondence that is not part of a professional record we must retain, contact us using the details below.

Service providers

This website is hosted on Vercel. Request form emails are delivered through Resend, which keeps a delivery log of sent messages for a limited period. These providers process data only as needed to deliver those services.
